Global Leadership Fellows Program
The Global Leadership Fellows Program is an internal three-year program for selected World Economic Forum staff to prepare them for future leadership roles in the public and private sectors. In parallel to their regular jobs at the Forum, the Fellows participate in academic trainings and retreats in collaboration with reputable academic partners. Workshops, meetings with world leaders, coaching, and mentoring complement the program.
Fellows have at least a Master degree and generally between five and seven years of work experience when entering the program. The Fellows regroup a variety of backgrounds in government, business, and civil society as well as a great diversity of nationalities.
